It might sound like a lot, but don’t worry! Tracking your water is simple, and we’ll show you how in just a few steps.

In this video, we will show you how to log your drinks, set daily water goals, and turn on helpful reminders so you stay on top of your hydration every day.

Step-by-step:

1. Download a water tracking app or use your phone’s built-in health app if it has one. 2. Open the app and create a profile if needed. 3. Set your daily water intake goal (usually around 1.5–2 litres). 4. Tap to log each time you drink water- glasses, bottles, or cups. 5. Use the reminder feature to get gentle nudges during the day. 6. View your progress bar or daily stats. 7. Try to reach your goal by the end of the day. 8. Reset your log the next morning and repeat! 9. A helpful tip is to use water bottles with exact amounts of water to track even more precisely.
