Download a free app such as Lumosity, Elevate, Peak, Wordscapes, or Sudoku.com. These are the more popular apps, but you can check reviews, try a few out and see which ones suit you. 4. Open the app and try a few mini-games to get a feel for them. 5. Choose your favourite app and allow notifications if you’d like reminders to play them or any in-game specific challenges. 6. Aim to spend 5-10 minutes a day playing. 7. Check your stats or performance to track improvement. 8. Try a variety of games to challenge different parts of your brain!
