In this video, we’ll show you how to find, download and use apps to help you with your mental health, stress and more where you can follow guided meditations, and use breathing techniques to bring calm into your day.
Pause and practice with us – take your time. And just like with relaxtion and meditation take a break in this course if it feels like too much information at once.
1. Open the app store and search for an app which looks right for you by searching "meditation", "relaxation" or something similiar. 2. Install and open the app. 3. Choose a beginner meditation or breathing session. 4. Follow the guided instructions, pausing as needed. 5. Try out additional features like mood tracking or reminders. 6. Use calming sounds or music to help you relax.
