In this video, we will explore some apps to download, showing how to browse recipes, create meal plans, make shopping lists, and even follow step-by-step cooking videos.

Step-by-step:

1. Open your app store and search for a recipe app like “BBC Good Food” or “Tasty.” 2. Download one that looks easy to use. 3. Open the app and explore the recipe categories such as “Low-Calorie” or “Quick Meals.” 4. Find a recipe you like and tap “Save” or “Add to Favourites.” 5. If there is one, use the built-in shopping list feature to check off what you need from the shops. 6. Follow the step-by-step instructions when you’re ready to cook. Some apps even have timers and videos! 7. Browse the tips section for quick advice on portion sizes, balanced meals, and healthy swaps. 8. If you don't like the built in shopping list feature (or if there isn't one) then you can download other "To-do" apps or even just use your "Notes" app. 9. Enjoy any meals you've just made!
