Why this is important?

The NHS App is a trusted and secure way to manage your health from your own device. It saves time by letting you book appointments, check medical records, and order repeat prescriptions without having to call or visit your GP. It is also particularly helpful for older adults who may find it harder to travel or wait on the phone. With easy access to your health information, you stay in control and can make informed decisions about your care. As well as this, with features like viewing vaccination records and getting NHS advice, you’ll always have essential health details at your fingertips.
It’s normal to feel unsure (especially when it comes to handling your health online), but we’ll take it slow and show you everything you need - step by step.
