Bank Balance & Spending - Video
In this video you will be able to learn how to log into your online banking, check your balance, explore your transaction history, and know what to do if you see something that doesn’t look right.
Feel free to pause the video and follow along on your own banking app step-by-step. Every banking app is different so don't be intimidated if there are slightly different steps along the way.

Step-by-step:

1. Open your bank’s official app or website on your devoce. 2. Log in using your password, fingerprint, or face recognition. If you don't already have a log in for your banking app, then you will need to follow the steps which the app says to take, this generally involves setting an email and password/ passcode, and adding bank details to link to your account, then also adding security questions, this normally takes about 5-15 minutes depending on the bank. 3. Once logged in, look for your account balance - this will usually be shown on the home screen as soon as you have logged in. 4. Tap on the account to view more details. 5. Scroll down to view your recent transactions. 6. Tap on any transaction for extra info. 7. Look for anything unusual or unfamiliar to see if anybody has had access to your account. 8. When finished, log out for security.
